Cabbage a traditional vegetable for St. Patrick’s Day and now beyond, is grown throughout the United States. 78% of the nation’s total cabbage fresh market and processing is produced in five states: California, Wisconsin, New York, Florida, and Texas. In 2020, the total amount of cabbages harvested was 58,600 acres.
