30% of food systems contribute to around 30% of human-induced emissions. Land use leading the list, and with a forecast to increase in 10% to 2050. Enteric fermentation (digestive systems of animals) in second place, and energy in agriculture in third, are the key culprits. We are all looking for solutions!
