During the Food Safety and Traceability panel at the expo, Agtools shared how weather patterns and markets are related to impacting quality and, therefore, best practices for a safer future. High or low temperatures, droughts, or intense rainfalls significantly affect production times, as well as the quality and yield of field products. Climate change is a reality, and its abrupt and intense changes require us, more than ever, to be aware of the behavior of the climate daily and how these climate changes can affect the phenological stages of crops.
