At $141 per #acre, the #AverageRate to #rent#cropland in the #US in #2021 was $2 higher than in #2020. The average rate per acre for #IrrigatedCropland was $217 (up from $216 in 2020) and #NonirrigatedCropland was $128 (up from $126 in 2020). For #pastureland, the average rental per acre at $13 is the same as 2020. Among #states, the #RentalCost per acre in 2021 ranged from $35 in #Oklahoma to $331 in #California for all #croplands.
