Garlic


In the Early 90’s, China accounted for only 2% of the garlic imported to the United States. By 2009 it was up to about 50% and by 2012 it was about 66%. This number continues to grow daily. In 2001 California was only growing approximately 29,000 acres of garlic and by 2013 this number had dropped to approximately 23,000 acres. Market will shift due to Coronavirus…
