Grocery shopping used to be a simple, routine task—but not anymore!

2024 - shopping decisions have become more complex and overwhelming than ever. According to Consumer Pulse research by Accenture, 41% of shoppers say decision-making is tougher now than it was three years ago, and 56% feel a greater pressure to make the “right” choice during every stage of their purchase journey: awareness, consideration, and evaluation.


The stress is real, with 70% of customers feeling anxious while finding and researching suitable options.
