Holidays bring a lot of waste

#Americans consume 250 #million pounds of #potatoes - and buy $3.7 million #dollars’ worth of deli mashed potatoes—during year yet experts say #USA will waste about 40 million pounds of mashed #potatoes. In total #USA throws away 25% more trash during the #Thanksgiving to New Year's than any other time of year.
