Later in life we turn around and look at our personal and professional life and understand how many paths we have taken along the way. Usually, we don’t comprehend the point of impact in which these many paths become part of our tools for life. As the picture shows, one of my first crop development programs was with asparagus in Ica, Peru. Yes, those are asparagus as tall as I am. As the sun hits the middle of the world continuously these asparagus benefit and never stop growing! Little did I know that this country was becoming a food and agricultural powerhouse worldwide. It was a privilege to lead that era in Peru in the mid 1990’s and gain many insights that are now integrated into Agtools. Working with farmers, preparing logistics, delivering to customers and consumers is a career I truly enjoy and that all those worldwide learnings are now applicable through Agtools.
