Temperatures Greater than 35°C and Less than 17°C Reduce CO2 Absorption and Cause Sterility in Your Papaya Flowers.

Flower sterility in female papaya plants occurs when temperatures exceed 35°C or fall below 17°C. These extreme conditions not only affect the fertility of the flowers, but also reduce the plants' ability to carry out photosynthesis, absorb CO2 and regulate the entry of oxygen, compromising their development and productivity.
