The impact of extreme temperatures on the coloration and size of lemon fruit. The fruits are susceptible to temperatures exceeding 122°F (50°C). It has been determined that the range of 73° to 95°F (23° to 35°C) is crucial for optimal development, ripening and proper coloration of lemon fruit.
